About the event
Participants will explore creative music-making through the lenses of deep listening, graphic notation, improvisation, instrument building, and more. Led by Dr. Stacey Barelos, instructors will include artists from the Omaha Under the Radar Festival lineup and experts in the experimental music field. Mentoring and professional development opportunities are essential aspects of SOUNDRY, and participants will be invited to share their work in public programs following the workshops.
